Our approach
A search conducted by people, for people who intend to marry
MarrylyMatch is an advisory service. The work is a search carried out on your behalf, and the standard we hold ourselves to is whether the introduction should have been made at all.
Our view
What we believe the work is
Matchmaking is a judgement made about two specific people. It cannot be automated, and it does not get better by increasing the number of options. What improves it is knowing both people well enough to have a view.
That is why the consultation comes first, why vetting is done in person, and why a search takes as long as it takes. Expand this section with the founders.
Principles
The principles this rests on
-
Judgement, not filtering
A matchmaker weighs things a filter cannot: circumstance, timing, temperament, what someone will actually be happy with. Expand with the advisory team.
-
Vetting before introduction
Nobody is proposed to you before the local team has met them, confirmed their identity and talked to them about what they want.
-
Consent on both sides, every time
An introduction happens only when both people have agreed to it. Either can decline at any stage without giving a reason.
-
Full profiles never public
The public gallery shows a photo, first name, and age. Full details are only visible after signing up, and any introduction still goes through your matchmaker.
-
Honest answers about fit
If a search is unlikely to work — wrong timing, unrealistic expectations, a region we cannot serve — you will be told at the consultation.
-
Support after the introduction
Relationship guidance continues through the early months. Describe the current standard once confirmed by the advisory team.
Boundaries
What this is not
MarrylyMatch is not a dating application, an introduction agency selling contact details, or a membership site with a catalogue behind it. There is no messaging between clients and candidates on this site, no per-message charging, and no list to unlock.
If what you want is volume and immediacy, an open platform will serve you better, and we would rather say so here than after a consultation.
